Blossom Balm is an creamy oil cleansing balm that\u00a0is designed to gently (yet thoroughly) remove all traces of makeup and impurities, including waterproof mascara. This rich formula nourishes and conditions eyelashes and brows and is fragranced\u00a0with Neroli extract. It emulsifies into a milk to\u00a0leave an emollient Sweet Almond oil layer behind (say goodbye to dry, stripped skin).<\/h4>\n
