Farouk Systems, Inc. announces the launch of CHI Cosmetic Import Export Industry and Trade Limited Company in Turkey. This partner-company will be engaging in manufacturing and distribution of FSI products in Turkey led by Mr. Yasar Incesu.<\/p>\n

\u201dWe\u2019ll be working with two electronics tools for environmental beauty there,\u201d Mr. Shami says. \u201dThe economy is great in Turkey, and one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. I think we can share knowledge on how to improve our economy, as well.\u201d Mr. Shami has already made three trips to Turkey to set up manufacturing and other alliances. \u201dThere\u2019s a big market that I can expand Farouk Business Systems into that,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership supports our overall goals to strategically expand our international reach and enhance our brand presence for both CHI and BioSilk. We are always looking for ways to strengthen our competitive advantage and our international relationships have opened the gates for more commerce,\u201d said Basim Shami, CEO of Farouk Systems, Inc.<\/p>\n

The agreements were signed on Tuesday, April 2 at the Houston-Turkey Business Conference in the presence of the Consulate General of Turkey, Texas Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Turkish Ministry of Economics.<\/p>\n

\u201cFarouk Systems is happy signing a partnership agreement with Turkey in the presence of Turkey Minister of Economics, His Excellency, Mr. Zafer Caglayan and Houston Greater Partnership. We look forward to manufacturing Farouk Systems products and tools in Turkey and distributing through Europe and Balkans under the brands of CHI and BioSilk Cosmetics,\u201d said Mr. Farouk Shami.<\/p>\n

An entire delegation of Turkish dignitaries were in Houston to usher in a new age of commerce with the establishment of direct service air travel from Istanbul to Houston via Turkish Airlines.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a bridge in the world, and it\u2019s bridging the cultures, bridging the economy, and making it possible for us as Americans, and them as Turkish people, to communicate and do business for the future,\u201d said Mr. Shami.<\/p>\n
